What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number, and business details you provide at signup.
- Transaction messages you send to our BizTrackr WhatsApp bot (only messages starting with commands like
/sale). - Payment metadata when you upgrade — UPI ref / blockchain transaction hash. Never your card numbers, bank login, or wallet private keys.
- Basic usage logs (page views, API calls) for debugging and abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
- Your personal WhatsApp chats with other contacts. We only parse BizTrackr commands.
- Your bank login, card numbers, OTPs, or wallet private keys.
- Your phone's contacts, photos, or storage.
- Anonymous tracking cookies from advertising networks.
How we store it
All data is stored on managed Postgres in encrypted regions. Sensitive fields (WhatsApp session, payment config, IMAP credentials) are AES-256 encrypted at rest. All traffic is HTTPS. Daily automated backups with 7-day retention.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties. We use these service providers strictly for running the platform:
- Railway (app hosting)
- Hostinger (landing page + email gateway)
- Google Gmail (email sending, IMAP for payment notifications)
- Meta/WhatsApp (your WhatsApp messaging, via Baileys)
Your rights
- Export: Download everything as PDF/Excel anytime from the Reports page, or via
/exporton WhatsApp. - Correction: Edit or delete any transaction from the dashboard or WhatsApp.
- Deletion: Delete your entire account from Settings → Danger Zone. All data purged within 30 days.
- Access: Email us for a copy of all data we hold about you.
Data retention
Active account data is retained as long as your account exists. Deleted accounts: all data removed within 30 days. Backups: 7-day rolling window. Server logs: 90 days.
